Collect Advertising Revenue Each Month from Local Businesses

My company started hundreds of these niche blogs from scratch. Our goal was to rank them on Google and then reach out and offer advertising to local businesses that will benefit from the traffic.

For example: faceliftsanjose.com ranks #2 for keyword - Facelift San Jose

We would contact multiple facelift doctors in the San Jose area and ask them if they want to advertise on our site. (The rates can start at $50 a month for a banner or higher for exclusivity.) You put up sample ads from a competitor and tell them that their contract is up and they you are shopping the site for more advertisers.

Most of these firms spend thousands per month on other forms of advertising so they easily will pay for exclusive site advertising. Some may even offer to buy your site entirely if they do not already have one.

These blogs were created from scratch and most of them are already over a year old and established.
