I am only interested in dot com sites that are at least 2 years old and can show verifiable profit of at least $500 hundred a month for the past 12 months. I wish there was some way that threads like this could somehow block people from plugging their sites when they don't even remotely meet the requirements.

As a website buyer in the past, it always annoyed me to no end when I'd put up a thread with clear guidelines and everyone with a day old Blogspot site would offer to sell it to me for $1000.

People, please read the OP and do not waste this mans time unless your site meets his requirements.
