Hello Warriors!

I'm new to the forum, but not new to flipping websites for a living. For the past 2+ years, I have made a living off of developing and selling websites. Some sites that I have developed, then sold to a Buyer, include:

Green-Zen.com Plus over 400 other websites.

The above sites are examples of sites that I developed from the ground up, sold to a Buyer. They are my success stories because they were further developed and have gone on to become a recognizable presence on the Internet.

Building and launching a website from Ground Zero is a lot more work than maintaining it. If you are interested in owning a successful website on the
Internet, with a growing strong presence, then you may be interested on of the first 2 websites that I'm selling, or maybe both. 2. Are The Sites Making Money Right Now?
Yes, at the minimal level, all of these sites are generating revenue daily with Google Adsense. Some are making more than others. For example, the KatiePriceUK.com site does very well with Adsense. The soccer site will make someone a lot of money with the live streaming games program through Omni Sport. I was approached by Omni Sport because they were impressed with the quality of the site. Hey Warriors!
Sorry I was MIA. I was at the movies with a friend. I'm getting lots of posts and PM about posting stats. I promise I will post all stats tomorrow; more than likely in the afternoon. I have an early morning meeting and that will be the first thing I will attend to when I return to the office. Sorry for the delays.

Since I'm selling 5 different sites, I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to show stats for all of the sites. The futbolysoccer.com site has Google Analytics on it, so if you are interested in seeing traffic, PM me your email so I can give you access. Regarding the rest of the sites, I'll see if I can setup a temporary password so people can log into the cpanel and see the webstats directly from the source. If not, then I'll do it the long way and gather all the screenshots.

I have been receiving PM's on the 3 recipe websites that are for sale as well. Let me elaborate on what I'm selling with this package and this is from a PM that I sent another member on the forum last night about the recipe package.

Thanks for your interest. The recipe sites are more turnkey websites. Although they are indexed in the search engines, they have not been promoted at all. That's why the price is so low for all 3; I'm asking $149.99 for 3 recipe sites. If I were to develop/promote these sites, I would be able to sell the whole package for at least $400.00 a month from now. As recently as July 2009, I sold a package of 4 recipe sites for $675.00.

I just posted traffic in the thread for those of you who are interested in katiepriceuk.com. The site is currently averaging $10.00/monthly in adsense. It's not much to report, but it's something. At it's peak, I have made up to $5.00/daily in adsense on this site when it was launched a few months ago. However, when there's zero promotion going on with any site, your revenue will drop.

Nevertheless, this is a great site to own if your interested in a pinup girl niche that is also rated PG-13.
