Hi Michael - for start as I said in my original post this site is new so no traffic or revenue so far. I mention whats the potential.

1) how many people will get this website? - Only 1
2) how many hours of work are required per day is required? - Is up to the buyer. The site is ready to go and make money - all you have to do is drive some traffic.
3) if this web is making thousands per month why do you sell it? - I menation the potential, but I didn't say the site makes thousands per month.
