Hi Warriors,

I have never had reason to complain about a service offered on the Forum before now but I feel that "newbies" should be particularly aware of this particular offer. I am/was new to IM this year. I approched "Software Hits" in March and asked for a blog and support. Scott Weeks built me a site but immediately made it obvious that he had absolutely NO interest in offering any support/answers to my queries. I would go so far as to say that his inaction and lame comments were intimidating, particularly to someone new to the whole "internet marketing" arena. He was, of course, most interested in steering me in the direction of another product that he is obviously an affiliate of, presumably in order to earn some more out of me without any time or effort involved. I have learnt a LOT in the last 3 - 4 months, am now earning on-line, and have invested in a number of quality WSO's with fine support from some genuine people. Just note: this offer is NOT suitable for those who need assistance, and there are much better offers out there for anyone wanting a site built!

Really? I'm surprised to hear this. What was it you needed help with? What is the name of your blog? How were you intimidated?

Inaction? Lame? I don't sell any affiliate products to WF clients. You do sound disgruntled, yes, but I would appreciate you being a little more honest so that maybe I "could" assist you. Backing up your accusations with a fact or two would also be more fair (and certainly more productive for you) as far as me being able to address your apparent issues.

Now I'm off to go and find you in my files.

Now I remember you Greg. I even sent you a huge arsenal of instructional videos for Wordpress. You didn't even know the first thing about using Wordpress. Did you look at any of those? I remember you wanted me to do absolutely everything for you as well (even maintain your blog). I saw no end to what you wanted from me.

Your above post has little merit beyond the fact that I may have been vague a couple of times (in order to not be rude) due to receiving your constant barrage of emails in my inbox with one inane question after another.

Most beginning and experienced marketers alike, appreciate this package for the high value it holds.

My WSO is actually a very good package for beginners, as it supplies many, many high end products that can be used in your blogging and marketing efforts for life! (not to mention the experience and effort I put forth in setting it all up properly for you). And I certainly do offer support for all clients that are willing to make the effort to "help themselves".

Looks like Scott answered this and I note you did not reply all4won. I know it can be very frustrating when your blog goes sideways and you don't know what to do about it. But lashing out and attacking someones rice bowl is not the answer.
