I am currently putting up some sites for sale. Before you keep reading let me tell you...that if you do decide to buy a site from me then YOU are going to have to transfer the site on your own. I currently do not have any site transfer experience but if push comes to shove then I will do my best to transfer the site and I am confident that I will be able to transfer it but I just want to be honest and let you all know that I've never transferred a site before.

These sites are made with Wordpress and some are made using the Bluesense Theme for adsense. Nothing fancy but when it comes to adsense the less distractions the better.

O.k. Now for the sites.

Cheapest Laptop Computer
This site is on the front page of google for the Keyword "cheapest laptop computer". This site is going for 100USD.
Why this price? Because it is already ranking for the main keyword. I did all the backlinking for you through article marketing.

SOLD
This site goes from # 31 to #34 for the term "love handle exercises" but without quotes. With quotes it goes from #12-16. This site is going for 200USD. Why this Price? Because considering that it is not on the front page of google its competing webpages are over 1,560,000. Just look for yourself. Also a lot of backlinking has been done for you already. Check the url in Yahoo's Site Explorer. Also, 90 percent of the content is unique. There are a couple of articles in there that i got from EZINE articles.

These following websites do NOT have any backlinks to them. They are website blogs that I just did for fun but never got around to promote. To tell you the truth I did these sites not knowing anything about keyword research so that is why the price is so low. Maybe someone else can make of use to them.

Just to let you all know, these sites have not made me any money. The computer site is new and barely ranked on the front page, plus the adsense code on it is not mine, it still has the Wordpress theme adsense code.

The love handle site has gotten me a few clicks from article marketing which tells me that it will make money if it gets to the front page of google.

oh and I forgot. Love-handle-exercises.com main keyword does not have hard to beat competition (according to Micro Niche Finder). So if you can get it on the front page of google then you'll definately see clicks.
