I am selling my bad credit loan website which i haven't touched for a while. It is currently setup as an autoblog.

In may and june 2009 i spent some time on the site and made

May - £225 ($371.25)

June - £412.50 ($680.62)

This was made from readers clicking on the loan banners and applying for a loan. The loan companies pay very high commissions if someone gets approved for a loan

At the moment the commission if someone applys for a loan is $50

Payday loan application - $40 - $50

Credit card application is $6 - $30

Auto loan application is $20 - $40

Personal loan applicaion is $50 - $60

Mortgage loans is 40% commission

All this website needs is someone to take over, update a new wordpress theme and start writing unique articles, linking in a twitter account and start promoting this website.

How i made money in May and June was answer questions in yahoo answers to get the sales, so if someone starts working on this website

can easily make $1,000 - $3,000 a month

The traffic is organic and the keywords that come from search engine queries are:

Bad credit loans

payday loans

bad credit loan

debt consolidation

As you can see this domain has aged nicely and with abit of link building and attention this blog can easily increase its ranking on Google within this niche. I've done alot of the link building as you can see. All it needs is someone to take it to the next level.

The domain has the keyword "Bad Credit Loan" and is searched around 135,000 times a month according to Googles Adword tool. So you can see the huge potential this domain has.

I will start with $100. But the backlinks do not seem to be targeted because you are not ranking good for any of the keywords.. Are any of these links paid? Are they directory submissions or profile links?

Article submissions, directory submissions, wordpress theme sponsorships, blog commentings, profile links, paid links on blogs, Press release submissions

The site seems to bounce on and off page 4 on google for my main keywords probably because i haven't touched the site so its slipping.

When the site was updated everyday it was page 2 of yahoo.com for "Bad credit loans"

Hmm the only keyword that i found in the first 1,000 results in google was payday loans and that one is on spot number 528. I am checking these stats with this tool: Page rank checker SEO SERP web tools: Google Top 1000 SERPs checker: results many countries Google Pagerank SERPs index results web SEO tools

Oh and another thing, backlinkcheck shows about 20k backlinks but that is from 3 different search engines added together so i guess there are really around 7k backlinks or am i wrong?

Also, where does the content come from?

yeah the rankings are jumping around at the moment as there is a google dance going on today i've noticed. Once the site is looked after again these will come back, as i've mentioned i haven't touched the site since the summer. No there are definitely just under 19,000 backlinks according to yahoo

Thanks for your interest. To get those sales i spent a few days in Yahoo answers, answering peoples questions who had debt problems with a little sales pitch and link to my site which they then applied for a loan and i earned commission. It was an experiment to see if i could get any sales from Yahoo answers and it worked.
