I need fast money for the holiday bonus of my staffs, this is the reason why I decided to sell this site... The site content are unique.

The site is averaging 40,000+ unique per month and it is continuously growing. I promoted very well this site, all you have to do is update at least once a week. And if you have at least 30 minutes per day to put some back link, it will help to gain more traffic...

Currently the site is averaging $200+ earning from adsense, you can monetized the site to other affiliate programs.

If you check via Google well yes I guess, google don't show all site links but if you check from yahoo explorer you will see the links

Are you getting ALL the traffic from Google only? If not, then what are the other sources? (and what %age of traffic from which source)
