Online business for sale.

The webpages are basically turnkey.

Revenue is made by selling products:
manuals, cd-roms, videos and video tutorials

Results only limited by your marketing ability.

Website currently pulls in between $3000 - $5000 monthly

The domain ranks incredibly high in key important free organic search terms,
even for a fickle search engine such as google.

As of this writing, the domain is first for the keyword: oil painting
even above wikipedia

And it has the first 2 listings (with the coveted indented listing) for the keyword: oil painting techniques

The basics of running this site are, get people to opt-in, use autoresponders to send them
to free content (of which I have a lot already written, which you will get when you
buy this website/business) and then direct them back to the sales pages to sell
the products.

I find running occasional specials and other special offers, and then announcing them
to your email list increases sales.

You will control the content so you can re-position it if you want.

Currently there are 3 manuals which are sold separately and
together in 1 large bundle package.

The manuals have also been sold via instant download and on
cd-rom.

I also have 55 short vidoe tutorials that I sell as part of the

I have my merchant account statements to see proof of earnings

I became sick in 2008 which caused financial problem which I am
still trying to recover from.

Unfortunately, you are seeing the results of the new google search results. They are somehow now tied to your search history, which shows the ranking where you see it on your computer.

When I searched the term, both from Firefox and IE it showed up with a good ranking, but not where you see it on your computer. On mine it shows up at number 12 on both browsers with that term. A very good ranking, but unfortunately the number 2 listing on the second page rather than number one on the first page.

I had this let down to an even more dramatic affect with over 50 of my sites this past week. Now, back to work to figure out how to get mine back to page one! -):

Yes, from time to time, Google changes the rankings, a few days from now, they will be back at #1. I'm not sure why, but google switches the rankings now and then.

I can tell when this change occurs without looking because my opt-in's will all of a sudden increase.

This is why I wrote (as of this writing) because I knew that change could occur.

I never timed it per day, but the activities to run the site are basically the following:

1) Sending broadcast emails - of which I send quite often - sometimes 2 times a day if I am heavily promoting.

Sometimes I will go days without sending anything.

2) Answering email questions

3) I manually enter orders to my fulfillment company by hand also. I could set it up to be automatic, but I have not bothered to do so.

4) Changing html pages for a special offer, or to make a change in an offer, etc.

webhosting
fulfillment house for production of products and shipping
I haven't done much ppc advertising over the past year
