The domain is 2 years old and all the article content is unique (that goes for the bonus articles too). Average daily uniques is 15 to 20 visitors per day.

Hey, some questions for you. Hope you don't mind, this should show you that I'm quite seriously considering your site.

When you mention 1 year free hosting - does this mean your willing to transfer your hosting account along with the domain - to avoid google noticing and losing all rank value?

How did you get the link from hxxp://www.fastmusclesgain.com/ , is that site also yours? Seeing as it appears like much of your link weight comes from this site - is there anyway you can guarantee this link will stay - or would you be interested in selling this site as well if it is yours?

I notice that alot of your links are currently going to pages on a forum you used to have up, that no longer exists. Do you still have the database from this forum? Can it be put back up as to retain those links?

I've also noticed you have a decent amount of links with anchor text related to viagra.

Did you purchase link building packages? Use the Xrumer tool or a similar blog commenting tool? Would love to know more about your promotion strategies used on the site and why you've taken the forum down.

I also see the site might have passed hands a couple times and been put up for sale on flippa (formerly sitepoint marketplace). Did you purchase this site off someone else?

That's a lot of questions you have and I'll shoot through some of the main ones:

Hosting - I have a re-seller hosting account and will pass over the details of this site's cpanel to you which will ensure that in Google's eye's there will be no change - and hence no loss of links or rank value.

Forum - there was a forum on the site and I disabled that as people were just spamming it as you mentioned - that also explains the viagra links.

Flippa - the site was purchased off someone else after the first sale fell through.

SEO - I improved the site by optimising individual pages for specific keywords, got back links to the site via article and directory submissions, plus removed the forum and other spammy aspects of the site. I can give the buyer of the site a breakdown of what I've done to the site to get it ranking well on Google.
