My offer to you:

I will create a brand new and unique adsense site for you and also create backlinks to it.

* I will choose the niche
* I will choose the keywords (10 keywords per site)
* I will set up the site (clean html site + seo optimized)
* I will write the content (10 unique articles [500 words/article], LSI keywords included)
* I will set up the adsense code with your adsense id
* I will bookmark the top 3 pages to 150 social bookmarking sites
* I will make sure that all of the pages are indexed by Google
* I will write 3 articles (400 words each) and put them into the Unique Article Wizard, which will then post a unique version of this article with your backlinks on different niche related blogs, directories etc. for at least 30 days (8 submissions per day)
* I will create 30 profile links from high authority and high PR sites to your site (+submit rss feed + ping it)
* I will submit your site to over 100 directories
* I will register a new domain for you (.com .org. or .net), preferably exact keyword domains. (Registrar will be Namecheap)

Here is an example site:

So to recap, I will create a unique site for you only (everyone get's his or her own unique site, just the template is the same) and do the backlinking stuff like social bookmarking, profile links, UAW submission and directory submission. The backlinks will focus on the 3 best keywords on your site, but I'll make sure that every page get's backlinks pointing to it.

Keywords and earning potential:
I know you might wonder what you can expect from this sites.
I can't promise you any income results, cause I'm not google and your rankings will decide how much money your site makes.

What I can tell you is this:
Each keyword has at LEAST 1,500 EXACT searches per month and a CPC (checked with MS) of at LEAST ~$0,50.
So as you get 10 keywords that are at least 15,000 searches/month combined.

If you just can get 1000 visitors from these exact keywords and another 1000 from other terms you will rank for as well then that are 2000 visitors per month.

Now if you get $0,50 per click with a 10% CTR that are 200 clicks = $100/month!

As I said, I can't promise you anything here, because that wouldn't be true, but this is very achievable and with the backlinks I'll create for you, you should rank very fast, cause with niche sites there is no big competition in the search engines.

And if $100 per month is not enough for you then you always can still flip it for at least $1000, cause there is a very big demand for adsense sites, because they don't need any maintainace. They just sit there and create money on autopilot.

Turnaround time:
The sites are brand new and not just some old sites I couldn't rank and now try to get rid of. So it could take up to 7 days before I can hand you your new site. I think this is still acceptable. (Normally much faster)

because of the fact that these sites are not created yet I can't just tell you a specific amount of money it will produce.

But with the backlinks provided it should rank well in the search engines and the beauty with adsense is just that traffic = clicks = money so as long as they get traffic they will make money.

And even if they shouldn't produce the amount of money you expected then you can easily flip them, because you probably already know that an adsense site which produces only $1 a day can be flipped for around $400..

Hi,
the social bookmarks are done by hand, the rest is automated. You can choose how many UAW submissions you want to have per day though. (Default is 8 right now)

The 30 profile links are from high PR authority sites, the social bookmarks are also high PR sites (at least most of them). The normal directories and the UAW submissions may vary, but the big advantage of them is that you have a very big variety of IP addresses which help your rankings even more.

If I may be so bold as to offer a suggestion, I recommend you provide more detail as to how you can prove it will be effective if you wish this WSO to be successful.

I have not bought your product and do not know you so I cannot comment as to how effective it is, but from someone who has been around here a while, please consider my suggestion since this is a relatively high priced WSO and buyers will want to know a lot more.

This in no way suggests that your product is not worth the money; I simply don't know and don't have the information I would require to purchase.

I know it costs a bit more than other WSOs, but this is not a guide or ebook with some methods 90% of the buyers don't take action on.

This is a whole unique site created for you, with a big packet of promotion already provided for you. Sure, people can do that all by themselves, this is no magic packet, that's for sure. But it is just a huge timesaver to have a unique site ready and set up with keyword research done, content writing done and backlink creation done. So you don't have to do anything to make it work for you. All the action needed is done by me, so this is not something you'd think "ok, $17 again but I don't have time to implement this method..".

This is a site creation + promotion service, and everyone who has created his own site knows how much effort it takes to create the whole thing and do all the backlinking stuff.

I don't know what you want me to tell you more, I just can't say that this site will be making X amount of dollar every day, because I would be lying if I would do that.

Web design... especially custom web design is ALOT more than $197, but throwing in the SEO, backlinks and social bookmarks... $197 is waaay underpriced IMO. Also... 10 unique content articles only adds more value.

As a web designer... $197 is a STEAL for what he's offering.

A word of caution to buyers: make sure the site you receive does not contain a trademarked company name in the domain!

The keyword capone2009 picked is just a product name, and the domain registered could easily be taken away by the trademark owner.

Needless to say, I wasn't pleased with the service.

That is a shame. Of course no-one wants a "cease and desist" letter, and often the lawyers want all the money earned while using the name.

But on the flip side, you can make better money with a trademark name. Not something I do though, would hate to give my hard earned £££'s away!

Don't you think this is just a little ridiculous? I hear nothing from you over several weeks, refunded you $50 though you would have paid full price and now you say my service is bad?

This is my way of creating sites, I have no problem if there is a trade mark term in the domain because I don't think you will get in trouble for this. In the end the company is making money through your site and as long as you don't just have the company name but a specific product in the domain I can't see a problem with it.

I already told you that I can buy you a new domain without a trade mark in it because I created 10 pages with 10 keywords not just only one keyword.

I really contacted you several times and got no answer, others would just quit the project but I wanted to provide you the things you paid for. Please think about this again and don't blame my service here.
