Sorry to report but nothing on my domains either. I ordered 16th December and am STILL waiting. Claude - if you're out there - a little "straight up" communication would go a long way here. I think it's time we all knew exactly when we will get our sites delivered. You're certainly not doing yourself any favors by ignoring your paying clients. I've tried to defend you but the lack of communication is probably the worst part of this saga.

I've given up on this "provider" - I paid him on Dec 18, so I think I have been very patient for 2 and half weeks (I accept that there has been a Xmas break) and now assume he was short of Christmas funds and decided to "offer" his services. I have sought an immediate refund via the paypal resolution desk as I have lost money before by delaying when a separate WF member ripped me off. I hope my fellow WF members have better news. Just a few words of praise to let you all know how far Claude will go for his customers.
I bought a WSO from Claude back in September very soon after i had some health problems and could`nt do anything with the site till late December. Then i realised i had a problem not with the site but with my memory, some vital information i could not remember.
I sent Claude a pm explaining what i needed, (not expecting a reply after 4 months).
But sure enough even though he must be very busy, i received a reply with the information
i needed.
Claude`s customer services in my opinion is outstanding.

This morning, to my surprise, received an email from Claude on the
delivery of my site. Like they say, better late than never.

Reviewed the site, requested some changes and they were done
within the next few hours.

At the end, despite the delays and anxieties, I am quite happy
with the end results.

I am not quite so happy. I naively gave him further instructions to make some changes (add a paypal button, my affiliate links, etc) as well as access to my paypal account (yes, I know I shouldn't have).

The changes have not been made (the auto-responder is set up for his list; the affiliate links are his).

But worst still he used my log in details to close the dispute (without my authority) that I had against him...I think this is extremely unprofessional and unethical.

I had thought that after a few of his customers raised paypal disputes (which forced him into action) he would have co-operated. This has left a sour taste with me and wasted a lot of my time...which negates the reason I used him in the 1st place.

I'm sure that this will be great when its up and running and I'm sure Claude has the best intentions in spite of the crazy delay......
But,
I received an email saying my site (mine was the second order) was ready to post and to forward cpanel login. I have since been checking my product site and just now found a blank WP install. After checking the server I found my clickbank product url and delivery system had been deleted from my server.

I'm glad I caught this before going to bed. I hate when my clickbank url gives a 404.

Claude - I've restored everything I need for product delivery and clickbank from backup without changing your files. I will check again in the morning to see if you have finished the site (in case you are working late) if it is still a blank install I will repost my old sales page. I did not expect you to wipe my server in this process. I guess I expected the new site to post completed with the link to the product this site is intended to promote.

For everyone else - I will post an update in the morning

Just found out my My SQL database that went with my IPP product delivery system has been wiped as well. I neglected to back that up yesterday. What a pain in the you know what.. I still would like to see the site but this may not be worth the trouble.

I haven't seen any real action on my site either in over a week. A week ago I was told that he was just waiting on my articles to be completed by the writer. Will be a month since I ordered on the 16th so this sure ain't what I was expecting. Anyone else had any joy yet?

No, still no joy. I am very agitated. This provider has caused me more additional work and I still have an open case with Pay Pal. I have also reported him to PP as he closed our dispute (I gave him access to get a PP button) without my authority - this has had all sorts of knock on effects with my account being frozen until it's sorted.

I have emailed him several times but with no joy. I just need a few simple answers - like why he put Click Bank products on my site that have absolutely no relationship with the niche I am promoting (I don't see why someone seeking debt advice would want to be sold a product about women's health issues, or gout, or IBS, etc!)

Rest assured I will NOT be using this person again.
