What I will do for $217 is hand you a fully researched niche site (big or small that is up to you) on a silver platter and let YOU choose which one you want.

I will then find you an excellent keyword rich domain, build you a Wordpress blog with a premium theme, add original and PLR content, automate it from various sources, monetize it with whatever you prefer (Adsense, CB, CPA, CJ, Amazon, or all of the above), add opt in forms using special giveaway offers, highlight one or two “special offers” (money makers) and perform all on page SEO.


Optional: I will add a virtual sales person to greet your visitors with a Personalized message! (PM me for example). This man or woman will not only greet your visitors, but also deliver a specific “call to action” related to whatever you are trying to accomplish (building a list, promoting a certain affiliate product, selling your own product, etc).

This virtual salesperson OR video is proven to increase conversions and opt in rates, and most of my own Amazon sales come from sites that use them, and I will customize one for whatever niche and/or product you want to market.


Next I will create a customized video for you and submit it to several high PR video sites including YouTube. I will ask you what – precisely – you want to promote with this video, and do individual keyword research for it alone. It will, of course, have your website and strong call to action to visit it. I already have fully researched keywords that can get ranked for easily, and YouTube is ideal for doing just that.




MY SECRET WEAPON!


I will also create what I call my “secret weapon” for getting ranked fast. I cannot tell you what this is until you are my client, but I can say without a doubt that this method will get ranked faster than anything else for your chosen niche, even your videos. This is a resource that you will be able to grow at a snails pace (if you prefer) and still get tons of traffic. I will populate it with original content and personalize it for you. But you will need to take over and occasionally do a few small tasks that will allow you to capture the top search positions.


Next I will do the OFF Page SEO! This includes several backlinks, multiple RSS submissions, and INTERLINKED social networking linking strategies. It comes with a FULL report so you can verify everything I do very quickly.


After that I will do the same for the SECRET WEAPON to supercharge its effectiveness! You will get a separate report for that.


Since YouTube is the main video directory for your video, I will also promote that URL as well. I will utilize TWO YouTube RSS feeds (that most marketers do not even know exist) and promote the heck out of that as well.
