Note: not all niches have resell/PLR products available but most of the big ones do (IM, Forex, Golf, Dating, etc). Specialty niches like underwater basket weaving or cat juggling, for example, might be difficult to match up.




The video (which is optional of course) is hosted on my Amazon S3 Account which means it will load faster and more clearly than videos hosted on regular hosting accounts or YouTube.


These type videos are ideal for first getting the visitors attention, then prompting them to take action. The “call to action” can be a subscription form, affiliate link, PLR product, or your own product. Either way it works very well.


As you can see from the samples above, I use big, impossible to miss, “Click Here Now” links under the video, and the video itself also has a live link.


Because I use the premium FlexSqueeze theme, you will also have a “Featured' area right under the custom header. Again, these type blogs are super powerful sales machines. They are designed with ONE thing in mind: get the visitor to take action... to click on whatever link makes you MONEY!


In other words, FlexSqueeze blogs are not the boring passive blogs most people are used to. They are engineered to get results. They are also ideal for use in PPC campaigns, especially Google Adwords, which pretty much demands a decent quality score.


The header will be tailored made to your specifications. I normally like to make them a little bigger than the standard FlexSqueeze header but that is also up to you. I will use any images you prefer OR you can leave it completely up to me. I can also customize the background (see the golf site above for an example).


I can find you a keyword rich domain or use yours. As you can see from my example sites I am pretty good at finding good domain names, and will strive to locate a keyword rich domain name that you can realistically rank for, even in the big niches.


And yes, I also have all the popular plugins for auto-content, content blender (to make auto content appear more unique to those search bots), Amazon poster, etc.



Because not all people need the same level of creation, I have come up with three packages:


Package 1: Custom blog, header and video with all the plugins for $77. No original content, no companion site. Perfect if you just want a fully functional custom blog that you can add your own content to. The blog will pull in content on its own and will even “uniquify” it with another special plugin, but for best results you do want to add 100% unique content from time to time. We will discuss what you want the video to promote, whether it's an affiliate product, PLR, or even to just build a list.






Package 2: Custom blog, header and video with all the plugins for $117, including 10 original, 400 word articles in your chosen niche and a companion site selling (or giving away to build your list) a high quality PLR/resell product. I will do the keyword research myself for the articles, using Micro Niche Finder and other research tools. So, in other words, for $40 extra you are getting a second site, more extensive keyword research, a resell product related to your niche (see note above), and a lot of original content right from the get-go.





Package 3: Same as package 2 but with Brute Force Evo 2 Promotion for $127. Peter Drew continually updates and enhances Evo 2, so this can be a real advantage.

I had some questions I will answer here. I use this model for some adwords and MSN PPC campaigns and they do very well for both conversions and QS. Sometimes I use the virtual salesman, others the video.

I didn't want to promote them as primarily PPC landing pages but they can definitely be used for that as a simple cookie cutter template for practically any niche.

The sample blogs do not have the autoblog plugins as that is not my intention for these sites. But yours can if you prefer, including Amazon, YouTube, Yahoo Answers, etc.

In fact, the sample sites are new and I have not even received the articles for them yet. I have a very good source, and while not always the fastest, they deliver quality every time.

I'm just getting my feet wet in this arena (internet marketing) and would love to dive into a market and sell some affiliate products just to get some early wins and see if I like it.

I have a few different niches that I would like to attack eventually and yet there are a couple of products that I think would be easy to promote now...

I have a few questions, but I'm committed to getting you to put something together for me... just not sure which package I need (still really new to this stuff).

1. for the dating site, is the product included if i purchase package 2?

2. how many copies of each blog will be sold?

Hi Brendan,

I can set up a new dating/seduction site for you as the example is not for sale. I have plans for that one, along with the golf, myself. But yes, the resell product is included in option 2.

I do not sell copies of any blog, each will be unique, including the header and any custom backgrounds you want. You determine the niche, or I can help you decide. For example, the seduction niche alone is not limited to just a few keywords. Golf is also wide open for many sub niches within.

But what is your passion? Do you like IM products (make money at home), Forex, Sports in general, maybe you are a die hard college football fan....

And dating is also a good one if we dig deeper into the niche and discover some untapped sub-niches.

And yes, the domain IS included unless you already have a domain then I will reimburse you up to $10.
