Your Alexa rank is purely based on people who have visited your website AND have the Alexa toolbar installed on their browser. Installing this website on a domain name has no impact on Alexa ranking.

This site has not been optimized - it wouldn't make sense for us to sell 30 sites that were optimized for the same keyword phrase. We provide a keyword report with over 250 keywords and we provide instructions in the site guide on how to optimize your site for the keyword of your choice.

Hi nofearman,

Yes, you will receive a User Guide that explains how to edit the site such as the header and images. However, the layout of the site is designed to get the sale, so you should consider that aspect of the overall design very carefully before you change it. Plus, with the limit of 30 sites compared to the thousands of 'other sites' in this niche I would not be concerned. Also, this site is soon to be "Sold Out" as we are close to reaching the 30 person limit. My boss said he will provide an update soon.

I honestly cannot think or remember of anyone ever requesting a refund for any of these sites. The theme is a premium theme coded by Brian Gardner who many consider to be one of the top webmasters for WordPress. So they are professionally coded. They are very popular among the Warriors and do in fact earn when properly optimized for the search engines and when quality articles are added on a frequent basis.

One of the main reasons we have not had any refund requests (I think) is probably because we also have a membership site where people receive assistance if they need it in terms of practically everything to do with affiliate marketing and more.

I actually was trying to find out what percentage of customers buying products off of these sites (ebooks, etc) have asked for refunds as I see it mentions a 60 day refund policy on the demo site on one of the info products' pages.

The 60 day refund policy is standard for all Clickbank products.

If you search for the products in the Clickbank market place you will be able to see some stats on the sales, refunds, commission earned etc. You can then search for "Clickbank refund calcuator" in Google and there are a few sites that can help you calculate refund rates.

When building these sites we went for products with a high gravity that were doing very well on Clickbank.
