Hi everyone,

Back in November, I completed a website in the quit smoking niche. My friend offered it to his list and the $67 product converted at around 6% (they are cold leads!).

Now that it's created I've taken a slight change of direction with my business and wish to sell the entire site to the highest bidder.

***Full Details***

The website is The Top 7 Reasons Why YOU Haven't Quit Smoking! and intially offers the prospect a free quit smoking report. After requesting the report, they are offered the $67 one time offer shown here: Robert Temple's "Quit Smoking NOW With The Power Of Your Mind!". This 5-part quit smoking product was totally created by me, it's not just some re-hashed PLR.

If they don't make the purchase then they are offered the chance to try it out for just $4.95 and will be billed the remainder 30 days later, unless they are not satisfied and e-mail to cancel.

The payment is handled by Clickbank and so the winning bidder will also be able to take over the Clickbank account which handles the sales, if required.

The winning bidder will EXCLUSIVELY receive:

- The entire website
- The sales videos
- The domain name
- The entire product
- The Clickbank account
- All affiliate resources
- The autoresponders (if you have Aweber)
This website has a lot of potential for the correct marketer. The quit smoking niches is life-changing and has a high need. They are popular and profitable.

Obviously there is only one of these. I'm selling it once.. so you aren't going to find a dozen people suddenly pop up with this site/product.

could you be more specific about the conversion rate?

for instance, your friend offered it to his list:

emailed offer to your friends list of 100. out of those 100, 20 people opted in at http://www.yourbigquit.com and 6 of those people purchased: = 6% conversion rate from the cold leads

OR

emailed offer to your friends list of 500. 100 people opted in at http://www.yourbigquit.com and 6 of those people purchased. That is 6% conversion rate from the opted in folks, but 1.2% conversion rate of the entire sales process from a cold lead.

or did the process look different from those two options?

My friend (a hypnotist) sent 1 message promoting it to his "list" (actually just a "fan group" on Facebook). They were, therefore, cold traffic. They haven't actually expressed an interest in quitting smoking specifically.. they just joined his group.

Just under 100 of them opted in at www.YourBigQuit.com and 6 of those made the purchase from www.YourBigQuit.com/OTO1.

yes that clarifies things a bit. how many were on his original facebook fanlist that got his promotional message?

did the people who opted in receive any follow up messages before purchasing?

I've just checked his Facebook group... he currently has 605. So I'm guessing it was probably slightly fewer than that back in November 09.

5 of the 6 sales were made immediately, the last one was made after 2 e-mails from an autoresponder. I'll, of course, be including the follow up sequence in with everything.

Oh.. to be complete, there was a 7th order from someone who took up the $5 trial downsell (shown at: Special Quit Smoking Trial) but they cancelled before the fulfillment of the billing.

That aside, there have been no refund requests and all refund periods are up.

Don't forget that the successful bidder will receive my full support in setting up this site on their server.. I'll either upload it direct to your server for you, or I'll put it all onto a DVD-ROM and ship it out to you. Everything in the site from the graphics to the videos to the product itself will be locally referenced in folders.. that means that you literally just have to upload the whole folder and boom it's ready.

Apparently, we're not supposed to transfer Clickbank accounts from one person to another.. plus I still have some affiliate payments sitting in mine that haven't been paid out to me yet... so instead I've been advised to tell the highest bidder to set up the product with PayDotCom.. but I'll help you out with this if required.

THEN.. we can transfer the domain across to you and everything's easy!!

This is literally an 18-month project that I'm selling.. it's an entire product with everything you need to sell it.. already set up. It's more than a business in a box! It's more than "plug and play" and the lucky highest bidder will be the only one who has it!
