Did anyone actually receive their website from the seller? I got some responses early on from the seller, but after that I haven't gotten any updates or responses regarding my site which I already paid for. The seller was very helpful at first, but then disappeared for over two week with no responses. Overall, I'm not too pleased with this, and I'd recommend staying away until further notice.

Yea she told me that she would be able to have my site completed within 5 days, but then later said her server was down and would hopefully get it resolved soon, which wasn't a problem. Initially she was very helpful and responsive to my emails, but has not replied to any of my emails over the past 2 weeks now. I tried calling her as well but haven't received any response.

I'm not sure what happened, but regardless, they should still have a means of communicating any problems with their customers. I don't mind if there's technical problems, as those can be fixed, but customer support should always be there. Anyway, for now I've filed a dispute through paypal, and will see if I get a reply by "Source Publishing" over the next week. If not I'll let paypal process it and get a refund.

I'll let you know how it goes. Let me know if you hear anything from them as well.
