Hello,

If you are getting a 403 then your ip must have been blocked when a range of ip addresses were blocked, typical if you were using an isp which someone else had used. If you let me know your ip i will remove the blocks.

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Today was the first time I tried to visit your website and I received a 403 error. I have a few contacts who are currently in the market for a site such as this, but I do not like being accused of things that I have absolutely no idea about.

I did not mean you personally, I meant someone with an ip address that was similar, such as using the same internet service provider as you. I block the whole range rather than just the one ip address. If you let me know your ip address via a PM i will unblock it so you can view the site.

Hi,

I didn't realise it didn't work in all browsers. I have never had anyone tell me that it didn't before.

Anyway the price I would be looking for is between $35,000 and $70,000

Basically 10 - 20 months revenue

I have had the site valued by 3 companies and they have all come up with similar figures.

Some people may think it is expensive but I could make $35,000 profit in a year if i had the time as it is not much higher than the profit i make now. I won't sell my site for less then the profit i will make in a year, or i may as well keep it.

Profit in the last financial year was $21,114 for those interested.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly so I will answer in 2 ways:

The traffic to the site is all generated by the members, via whatever advertising methods they use.

The traffic I sell is from a supplier, i buy in 3 million visitor lots and all supplier info will be given to the new owner. The visitors are all full page exit popunders.

I have 10,000+ members. These get 40% commission on all of the packages they sell from their affiliate URL's

They as such advertise their referral URL's and bring traffic to MySiteSubmit directly.

I do not pay for any advertising for MySiteSubmit at all. All the traffic is affiliate generated through their URL's banners on their sites and test links etc.

If no one is interested that is fine also as since I have increased the quality of the visitors sales have grown substantially, so much so that if no one does buy the site I will be getting one of my staff to run the site for me. The whole aim at selling the site is solely to give me more free time. I have been doing this for 11 years and also work full time, with a wife and 3 kids as well as doing a chemistry degree it is a little too much at times.
