Worked late and just checking this thread. I've PM'd everyone asking for info, so please check your inboxes.

NOTE!

1. NONE of these sites were built for 'spec', or specifically for flipping. They will not be 'rebuilt' on another domain. I am, as stated at top of thread, RETIRING from IM to do other things.

2. Many of the sites are powered by Wordpress and Semiologic Pro. Buyers will receive these sites updated with latest version of each. Single site license goes with the domain to run Semiologic Pro.

I'm calling it quits. Tomorrow is another day. I'm on PACIFIC TIME (Oregon), FYI.

Regarding the Directory!! Please be aware that it will impossible to represent ALL the ways I've profited from the Article Directory - as I've purposely UNDER-monetized it ON PAGE, So I could use it (and it would perform better in search engines) as a slave for getting search engines crawling and traffic to my SEO/web dev clients' sites. I wanted to add some clarification on traffic and PAGE RANK.

I moved this article directory to a new VPS server towards the beginning of November 2009. At that time (before transferring to new server) it had maintained a PR 3 for some time.

As things sometimes go with hosting and servers, there was a glitch in getting the server set up properly which resulted in the Directory being offline for almost two weeks.

When the new hosting/server was finally up and the ArticleShmarticle.com was back online, it has LOST it's PR3 (went down to PR1). Then, shortly after I got the site up and running on the NEW server, I updated the script (Article Friendly Pro) powering the directory to the very latest version - a 'seo friendly url' version. I guess that was just too much for poor old fickle Google, cause shortly after upgrading the script PR went down to ZERO.

Frankly I suspect that the directory is going to get PR again when google does it's next 'dance'.

Why? Well, besides all the 'automatically submitted' article content coming in hourly, this site is made UNIQUE from other AF pro powered sites because it has so MANY hand submitted articles from authors who have physically registered at the site over the last 4 years. They submit articles that are NOT part of the 'auto submission' plugin circuit, and it's good unique content.

But it's important to understand that page rank is no indication of how MUCH traffic any site is getting. And page rank does NOT guarantee traffic, or more traffic. I'd much prefer seeing LOW Alexa rank than some Google PR and HIGH Alexa rank.

So there.
