I just started setting up my new blog/site in the weightloss niche: Weight Loss 4 Idiots Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Just wondering if this ab package you're selling will be able to work with what I'm doing? How soon are the paks delivered after purchase? Is it instant?

The installation instructions are linked under the buy button. This is a complete blog including the wordpress install, so if you want posts from the old blog, go to tools, export, choose Wordpress and export the posts. After you install the new blog, go to tools, import and import that Wordpress file. You then have the new blog with the news posts plus the old posts.
