They are PLR sites. They are all available all the time. You need your own domain and hosting. There are no resell rights. Let me know if there's anything else you need to know.

Those are the files. You just import 1-4, one by one.

I talked to my programmer. She said the sql files are actually the database files. You need to upload all of them. As far as the free theme, my programmer uses a very expensive theme as the base for each site and customizes it to each niche.

Hope that answers your questions.
