REASON FOR SALE:

I simply haven't had the time to promote the site or to properly engage with the members of the Forum. In the right hands, any new owner could take the foundation of what is an already active membership site and maximise the revenue through it.

PLATFORM:

The site runs on Joomla 1.0.15 using Fireboard as the embedded Forum. The Joomla core could easily be upgraded to 1.5xx and Fireboard upgraded to Kuena (open source forum platform) however, the current combination has been stable enough for me not to worry about this.

REVENUE OPPORTUNITY:

Being a Joomla based site means that you have an unlimited opportunity to display Adsense, affiliate links, or whatever you want. The site has BANS (www.buildanichestore.com) installed in a sub directory (/ebay). The header for this part of the site has been customised to match the rest of the site.

HOSTING:

The site is currently hosted on my dedicated server located at London Hosting Centre (LHC). It can stay here for 3 months, after which time, you can either move the site to your own hosting account or keep it with me for $35 per quarter via PayPal subscription.

Yes it would. The possibilities really are limitless for this site. Just needs someone with the time to devote to it.
