You do nice and clean work. I have a few questions and since I'm new at all this I may ask something that has already been addressed.

1- If I purchase this or any of your themes do I get everything just like it is in the demo and will it look just like the demo? The graphics, videos, articles, photos, etc.

2- Are the themes compatible with the epanel in wordpress?

3- Do you know of a way to convert the youtube videos on your themes to FLW or some other format?

4- Once payment is accepted is this an instant download?

5- Do you do custom work and take suggestions for new niche blog themes?

mraffiliate - thanks for your kind words! Here are your answers:

1. Yes, you get everything you see in the demo and it will look just like the demo - you can choose your own affiliate programs for the sidebar so if you go with what I have it will look like the demo but if you find something you like better then, of course, you would paste the code for that banner in instead.

2. I'm not sure what epanel is? Is that just the regular admin panel? It's just a regular wordpress theme and works the same way as any other theme that I know of. Sorry to sound so dense about this!

3. No. The videos are just embedded from youtube so whatever you can (are allowed) to do with a youtube video you can do with these.

4. Yes, it is an instant download.

5. I'm all booked up for custom work but I do take suggestions for blog themes!

ReggieG - I will install it for $15 if you have cpanel but a lot of hosting companies will also do that for you so you might be able to save some $$ and have your hosting company do it!

I don't help you get rankings for the site - after you buy it, the methods of promotion and how much you want to work it are totally up to you but I do have an entire website that shows you how to promote your site using white hat methods - you can also download a plan for promoting your site from there and it is all free. PM me for the site if you are interested.

To start- the instructions for setup are perfect. In ~20 minutes I had the first site setup exactly as displayed. Now off to customize!

Lee, I have been attempting to upload chocolate site file and have a recurring problem with the custom theme. When I go into the Theme area of the Appearance tab in the administrative panels of wordpress, it does not show the custom theme. Instead it says "Broken theme, Style sheet is missing on custom theme?. Now, I have uploaded it several times and am havng the same problem. Any advice??? Thanks,

Hi,

After you install wordpress, you simply need to ftp the files up, then follow the instructions in the guide.

So.... I'm not sure at what point you are having trouble? Could you tell me the steps you have done in detail and what is not working right?

OK, now the rest of my review. In a word "awesome".

I bought 2 of the sites. The 1st was put on a new install, per the instructions and went without a single hiccup. The second I tried to install on an existing blog- for some reason the posts didn't show but after one email the seller had it fixed for me.

The ebooks are well written and quite usable "out of the gate". I am not using the ebook in the traditional sense so it will be a while before I can go-live with that part.

Anyway, you can't go wrong with the blogs offered. If your a newbie I suggest taking advantage of the low cost install.

Can you give me a more detailed breakdown on ftp'ing the files. I am using Filezilla and it looks like they are uploaded but when I go to the plugins and themes folders in WP they aren't there.

There's nothing special about my files, you should be able to ftp them just like any other file so i suspect something is not setup right either in your ftp program or on your server.

I bought your weight loss template a week ago and right now I trying to fit in a video. But I don't want it at the Youtube video section in the lifestyle theme options. I want the video to replace the adsense part.

I've tried fitting in the video code inside the adsense portion but it wouldn't show up. Could you instruct me how to fit my video inside the adsense portion?

Or is it non-customizable?

If you mean a "Control Panel" then yes it does - I had one blog installed for me earlier last week.

No, I mean "cpanel" - it's a certain type of control panel. All hosting has a control panel but each one has a different method of installing. The hosting that uses "cpanel" and their control panel is always the same method so the price is only $15 because I already know how to use it. For other hosting I have to spend time figuring out how to use it, therefore the higher price.

But what you could do, if you wanted is have your hosting company install wordpress for you (maybe they would do this for free). That would eliminate me having to figure out how to do all that and then I could do the rest for $15 ..... Or, once they had wordpress installed you could just follow my videos and do it yourself for free!
