I never received the contents of my website, his logins
didn't work at Host Gator. When Host Gator said he
needed to call them for verification, he offered to upload
the site at my hosting site instead for an extra $10 which
I sent him. He kept saying he was working on it for the last
30 days but nothing has happened. I am now trying to get a
refund, so far 5 emails, no answer. Sure I have the website
domain, but it's useless until I get the website files which is
what I paid for!

Stay away from this guy!

I agree with Cek, stay away. I bought one of the web sites he was offering in December 09. I received an IM from him to say that he had unfortunately sold the site twice, and offered either a refund or to build me a similar site. I chose the site, and despite contacting him lots of times I never received this.
Following this he posted another offer of web sites, so I contacted him and he agreed to give me one of these. After many delays I finally received the domain, but have never received the site files or instructions on moving the blog. He agreed to install it on my server but that was several weeks ago and I have heard nothing since, despite sending him several messages. I am also left with just a domain and no site!

Whenever he has replied to my IM's he has said he is 'busy' and will sort it in a 'couple of days'- then I never hear anything more.

Some people may have successfully received sites from him but I would not recommend this seller.
