Sorry for the delay. I live in the country on East Coast and the snow knocked out our telephone service for a day.

You register a domain for it, use cpanel to add on the domain and follow the instructions in the instruction pdf. There's a link to the instructions in the sales letter. If you have any problems with the installation, I can install. There's a $15 fee for that.

If I were selling this to just one person, the price would not be $37. These are PLR blogs, designed to be a starting point and to get you up and running with a gorgeous blog as quick as possible. I don't limit the quantity that I sell. After the first one is sold, they are all duplicates, whether you sell 100 or 2. The enterprising blogger will take their blog and add unique content to it. Some even spin or rewrite articles that are already in it. You get the Photoshop files so that you can customize the header to your own domain, so each owner makes these blogs their own.

That being said, the most that the most popular one has sold is 26, so there aren't hundreds of these anywhere.

Hi . Thanks for the theme . I just got this from you but i am yet to get the 126 PLR which was promised and also i want to get a clear instruction guide , the one which is in the link above does not include the names of the folders and the instructions based on the downloaded file.

First make a clear instruction file for installing the theme with all the folders which is available in the downloaded folder. I have installed so many theme which includes woothemes and this one should not be complicated as one of the reason for using a wordpress themes is for easy installation .

I am not asking you for a free install. I would be happy if you can provide clear instructions based on the folders included in the download.
I also wanna get the .psd files for the logos and the ebook to customize
will sure appreciate your immediate reply so that i can also think of purchasing other three niches which i like from the list... please let me know if you got discounts for bulk buy and some clear instructions to install..

The PLR was a separate link on your download page. Did you not download both the files? If not, I'll reset your downloads.

The instruction manual is quite clear. You don't need the names of the folders. Just follow the instructions.

The Photoshop files were also a separate download on the download page. I'll just reset your download page and you go get them.

No ... there are no duplicate content problems. First off, Google indexes duplicate content all the time. Just look at article directories for one example, but news items.

Yes, once you buy, you own these articles and can spin them, rewrite or leave them as they are and just add new content.

The plugin comes via email after the sale and the theme files are in the download. There are no resell rights, just to be clear.

Yes, it's easy if you have Photoshop and know how to use it. If you don't, just email me and I will change the domain tiltel in the header for you. I don't change the images though, unless you have your own image that would work with it.
