Ok guys, due to a new product i am about to launch i need some extra cash, so i am selling the website:

Attract Women | Seduce Women | Approach Women.

It's an affiliate site for dating guides. ideal site for an affiliate who knows what they are doing.

It started off as a small project of mine, to motivate me to get started with affiliate marketing, but to be honest, it's not my cup of tea.

Buyer gets the domain, the content and everything you see on the site.

So far it has earned jut over $120 since going live on DEC 18TH:

Site has loads of backlinks, and a stack of articles on EZA, and many more article directories.

In the right hands this can be a great site. Most of the hard work has been done, which will reap the benefits over the next 12 months.

All articles/content are unique and written by myself, i will include all text articles with the sale aswell. Altogether there are 91 articles, all with 2-3% keyword density.

1 article is in the most viewed category of EZA, and also site is ranking for various keywords, but not getting massive traffic from that, traffic is coming from the articles, of which 10 of them are on page 1, 8on page 2, and the rest spread across page 3-5.

I should point out that the work done now will mean that the site will rank for a stack of keywords over time. Considering the short amount of time the site has been up, it's done pretty well!

I also have a subscriber list of 62 emails collected on site, which buyer gets aswell, plus the complete autoresponder sequence i send out.

I would really like to keep the site, but need the cash to fund another project.

I noticed that some of the content on your site is also posted on article directories such as Ezinearticles.... This in essence, makes the content duplicate, not unique.

The duplicate content only comes into play if it's posted on the exact same website, whcih it isn't so that isn't a problem. Any good article marketer will know you should get the most out of your articles before re-spinning them.
