I want to sell my traffic exchange that has been with me for over 5 years.

This is one of my very first project and now I have to sell it away due to unforeseen situation. (If you really want to know, I need the cash to sue someone for $XX,XXX...

)

This is a VERY ACTIVE traffic exchange. I know it is because it is currently running off a semi-dedicated server due to heavy traffic load.

Just a few stats to show you:

This stats shows you the admin view of my traffic exchange members. Over 569 pages of members information!
You can also see that I have new members joining almost EVERYDAY!

As you can see, this is a very active traffic exchange and I hope that someone can take this exchange to the next level.

FAQs

Are you making any money?
Well, little. About couple of hundreds per month promoting some affiliate products. I use my traffic exchange members to conduct adswaps and it was pretty OK.

I didn't put too much focus on building a relation with the members and I'm sure that the new owner will be able to do so.

Why are you selling it?
As mentioned, I need to sue someone and there are money involved too. Plus, I don't have the time to manage this.

How about hosting and the cost?
It is currently hosted with RapidVPS and it is on a semi-dedicated server. The monthly hosting fees is $75. I have to squeeze this price out of the owner of RapidVPS. You won't find a better of $75 for a semi-dedicated server. (Or maybe I'm wrong?

)

Can I make money with this traffic exchange?
Yes, I believe so. For me, I just didn't really put any time and effort on the exchange. I just let it run by itself, it just gathers new members and traffic just increase by itself.

I'm too busy to think of monetizing this website but I'm sure someone will be able to think of something to make it even better.

Do note, that I believe the best person to own this website is someone who is experience in IM field.

What is the backend script?
Em... I don't know.

I think it's a script that's by BraStart. I just checked Google and I believe their website is now called Website Traffic, a lot ...

How much are you selling this?

I'm an active buyer of sites but without some more accurate stats no-one is going to give you $2k for this.

Do you have something a bit more rigid such as awstats or GA? And please PM me revenue proof as well.

Are the emails of the 8000+ members in an autoresponder service like aweber or getresponse?

Do you have demographics of the members? Country, age, sex, etc?

They are all in the database, residing in my server. I don't really have the demographics. All I know is that they are mainly people who wants to make money via IM.

Last time I tried selling traffic products and got a fair result.
