I have built and bought over 160 domains in the last few months and need to sell off a bunch. I am putting these up, but I have tons more. I am trying to scale back as my business is taking different directions so I need less sites. Some of these sites are a fantastic opportunity. Many of them make me money.

NOTE: Any sites that have Reviewazon on them will have the plugin deleted before transfer. You must buy the plugin yourself OR you can use a free Amazon plugin such as Amazon Reloaded. I use this on my sites as well.

All domain names are hosted at GoDaddy and we can use the free push to send to your account.

All sites are hosted on reseller hosting at Hostgator. You may leave the site for 30 days at no charge. I will give you access to cpanel and wp-admin. I will send you the files when you are ready to move to your own hosting as well. Any questions, PM me or email me at elitevirtualsvcs@gmail.com.

SOLD!!! HomePoleDancing.com: Great premium domain name in the fitness niche. Pole dancing at home is a popular new exercise craze. I used the site to market at home poles and DVDs on Amazon as well as Adsense revenue. Gets 4400 broad global searches each month for the exact phrase. Pole dancing gets over 1 million searches per month.

Domain expires 8/16/2010. February stats had 319 visitors and 2472 page views. This is with virtually no promotion. I have a few old articles on EZA and that is all I have done. Makes a little Adsense income and I have sold home poles for $200+ from this site as well. BIN PRICE $97 or make offer!

Had 209 visitors in February and 1012 page views. Again, VERY little has been done to drive traffic to the site. A couple of EZA articles and that is really it. GuitarChordsLessons.com: Another premium domain name in the guitar niche. Do some keyword research on “guitar chords” and see what kind of traffic you can get! Renews 9/28/2010. Had 81 visitors in February with 200 page views. I have done NOTHING to drive traffic to this site. It is ready to be marketed by someone who has the time. Great Clickbank products to promote as well as Adsense. BIN PRICE $150 or make offer!

LearnChordsGuitar.com: Another great guitar domain name. Expires same day as above. BIN PRICE: $100 or make offer!

SOLD!!!! SlipperShoes.net: Renews November 2010. I never did any promotion on this site. It has made about $5 in Adsense revenue and some Amazon sales. Had 119 visitors in Feb. and 639 page views. BIN PRICE $100 or make offer!

BoiledWoolSlippers.net: This site makes me the most consistent money, believe it or not! It earns Adsense clicks consistently and makes a lot of Amazon product sales on a regular basis as well. It is currently at the #1 position on Google for its term. It renews November 2010. I have done NO marketing of this site yet it has climbed to #1 and stayed there. These slippers sell for $60+ on Amazon, so you can make some great commissions if you start driving traffic. Had 211 visitors in Jan and 186 in Feb. BIN PRICE $450 or make offer!
