We created this website and we are not much of the selling type to get it going with property owners, so we are trying to sell it. We have alot of SEO going into it. Unless someone has a good idea on how to get clients etc, then i'll consider keeping it.

It's a new developed website, it's only been setup for a few months. Its ready to sell and make money. The software is property management software, see link or read the post.

Is this strictly a SAAS model?
Or
You are selling the software to Apt. Building owners and
also providing them with online version option (may be on a monthly charge basis)

You mention the SEO work been done and the site being on the first page on a lot of key words.
I tried the link you have - and I don't see you on the first page.
I search for the second keyword "property management software" and I don't see you on the first page.

Is it just me that is getting it this way?

I am interested in the software
but, considering that it is a new software, which possibly needs more testing and debugging, no marketing, and especially no revenue to date (or a reference installation (3rd party actual user who would say they are happy with the service or the use of the software)) - I think the asking price is kind of steep -- at least for me.

Its an online version for multiply property owners to login on our website each time, we handle the hosting, no software download etc.

We may not be on the first page for all of them, but we are close to the first page, either 1,2,3,4,5. And thats only within 2 months, so we will be on the first pages if not already.

It is a fairly new site and may need some debugging , but we feel its a great working version and can be used now. Like all software it needs debugging within its process of things going on.

The SEO alone is worth 1 year of its asking price, so its not that bad of a price for Design, coding, testing, and SEO. If you look more into it you will see we are ranked on the top pages and rising. I know of sites that have less than that and start at 9000.

Its not going to have customer reviews, its a site for someone who wants to start it up and has the beginning work done for them and just needs to sell it now.
