Yes it is small income. I picked the price for this website not only based from the income but also from the SEO result that have been done for the site. It is not easy to gain good position for a lot of competition and it cost money too. I guess the price is fit.

For a website that is barely making .50 cents a day, $500.00 is a lot of money. Sites like this are sold on here everyday for $37.00.<sometines $47.00> Also the unique visitors per month is low. 600 a month is barely any.

Its a very nice looking site and looks like it has potential to do well. If you monetized it more, you could get a better price. Just having adsense does not make it attractive to me. It might to others tho. I wish you the best of luck in selling it.

Nichehunter thanks for liking the site. The site you mentioned with 37$ is sell for number of copies for number of buyers, usually sell for 20-30 copies, that mean the seller got around $400-500.

But this website will sell to one person only, so the buyer will get unique website that he/she will not found the copy anywhere.

This is always a tough one to explain. Google does not have any issues with repeat content. There are 2 kinds of repeat content.

1.) Duplicate <not good>
2.) Syndicated <this is OK>

Duplicate content is content that is repeated on the "same" website. not accross different domains. Some people will add content to a website more than once by using a different url for different pages.

Lets say someone has an article named "Big Red Letters" and they put it on their site. The URL might be www.yoursite.com/bigredletters.html with a 2nd one www.yoursite.com/Big-Red-Letters.html The URL is different but the content on both pages is the same article. This is bad and a website will get the "google slap".

BUT, if everyone on the warrior forum used the same article, big red letters" and put it on their site, it would be called "syndicated" content and is OK with Google. We all spin the article, change a few words, flip some paragraphs and its OK.

Unique content is of course always better and that's what we should all strive for.

They do sell multiple copies. That is exactly how this site should be sold. Fully monetize the site and do a WSO for that price and 20 sites. As people start adding their won content, the site will become unique to each person and the internet.

You will be lucky to get 50 bucks here but Flippa you might get a couple hundred or more.

Thanks for the dulpicate content answer, really appreciate. I take your idea and put it on mind now.

As far as I know, i wrote my self the articles and they are copyscape passed. However, through times, that is possible that someone else took my articles and pasted them to their website, or they using auto generated content plugin that finally copy other articles to publish on their website.

You can rest assure that the original articles is on my site, and Google don't mind about that.

Sorry for the misunderstanding on the duplicate content. This site is very well put together and on top of it, it could be monetized with an actual store front linked to ebay affiliate program or the such for hip hop gear. I see amazon on their but I think with more of a store front setting you could generate some nice revenue with it.

Sorry for the late delay, believe or not, electricity is down here for a whole day, really sorry.

Try to use Google adwords keywords tool and set the country as United States if it isnt set yet.

You will see the keywords searched for about 27.000 per month as global search.

27000 for the keyword "wholesale hip hop" is global broad search. But "exact" search is only 390. One should always use "exact" when searching for keywords.
