The domain names are two words and bear .com only .Almost all the domain names have less/more quality,even PR.

But my recommendation is that add an additional $3500 to the BIN price and hire a designer from a good site like freelancer/odesk.com to build 35 professionally designed websites, then your total spending will be $4500, Some days later, you will make at least $17500 if you sell $500 per site on an average. But if you spend some more months on the website's promotion, you earning will be several fold more than your investment. I am recommending it as the existing websites are not professionally designed. Most of them are just parked. Please also remember that I am not trying to sell new domains that have no quality. In fact, 27 domain names have really good amount of quality. Even there are some really high quality domain names only one of which will be able to return your investment back to you if proper promotion method is taken and applied.

Why do I need to sell them?

I have no technical skill or extra money to outsource.So I need to release them badly.

How much do I usually earn from them?
Honestly speaking, I earn less or more money from them.Because of not tracking the income ,I don't like to share anything about income here as no body likes/believes words without proof .So please research yourself.

Do I have any proof of income/traffic?
No, as I said above that I had no plan to sell them, even I did not track the traffic because of this.

Where are they?
They are in godaddy,moniker,netfirms,enom and yahoo

How will I transfer them to the winner?
As I will have no more domain names at the registrars, I can transfer all of my account details to the winner who can easily change my information and transfer anywhere if he/she wishes within the remaining months/years. Or I will do what the winner prefers.

Every man may have his own likes and dislikes and I respect it. But this is the place where you can not say anything you like as it is an auction. To you the domains’ value is equal to their registration price. Usual registration price for a new domain is $10 and that is $350 for 35 domain names.30 domain out of 35 are already renewed once and that is another $250 (almost).Total expense for the names is almost $600 .I had to do hard working to build the existing quality on the names. To a buyer, the price of hard work is 0. I was expressing my opinion on the value of the domains in order to justify my bid. To me the domains are worth about $350 - so by bidding $150 I would get an okay deal. None of them get searches so even at that price it would be a punt.

That's my bid. I know it is below your 7k starting bid, but I can assure you no-one will bid anywhere near that. Apologies for the harsh lessons, but I sell sites/domains everyday so know what market value is.

Thanks for the reply. It is not correct that "None of them get searches” Perhaps you said it without testing all. "I can assure you no-one will bid anywhere near that" is not your matter. Because this is not a case of giving assurance that may be a barrier for me. This won’t be a reason for tension for me, if you just placed your bid as you like without saying irrelevant explanation. Different buyers have their own expertise to evaluate from different views. You can not exactly say what is in all buyers’ mind. Finally if you are happy expressing your opinion as you like, it will be a great pleasure for me here.

I already can see your frustration but in today's market I would take what I can get. I've held onto domain names for years and it simply is not worth it. I've got about 100 domain names ready for renewal in the next 2 months and if I got a $10 offer on most of them, I'd jump at it. Sell what you can for now.

I have re-opened the thread after thinking of the suggestions made by the experts and I have deleted the description for which I had no proof to show as no body likes to hear anything without proof.Finally I will sell them if I get my investment back. My investment on them may be between $700-$750.This includes reg,renewal,directory submission etc. Almost 27 domain names have already been renewed once.

Thanks for the question.In fact,I am looking for someone who is able to buy all together so that I am free.So I request you to buy all together at only $2500 and your buy rate is only $ per domain.Most of the name is two years old.If you design and sell them even here ,you will make a lot of money.My ultimate target is to get $2500 at least by selling them.
