You should have an up to date theme. You can install an "wordpress update plugin" also.

You did NOT have this clause in your listing when I bought this WSO many months ago now. I would NEVER have purchased if that clause had been there then. I was after all the content you included with this more than the theme and anything related TO the theme.

I've made several changes to the template (including custom header logo) and the site has developed nicely -- I recently decided to sell this domain/site (www.medicalmarijuana420.org) and move on to other projects I have in this niche. However, I don't want YOU to turn me in to the FBI for license infringement should I do so.

So what's UP with this new 'personal use' clause? Selling the site installed with domain ONCE to end user should be allowed for your "PRE personal use clause" customers.

Yes, it certainly was there. The listing has never been edited. There are no resell rights.

Your article license is:

You CAN:
Edit the articles and add your name as author
Submit them to article directories
They can be used in report or ebook
They can be used on your website or blog
They can be used in an autoresponder
They can be packaged with other products

Things you can’t do
Cannot sell individually as an “article pack”
Cannot be given away
Cannot sell Private Label Rights
Cannot sell Master Resale Rights
They cannot be added to paid or free membership sites

Pardon me, but I'm very thorough and I did NOT SEE this clause in bold type within the WSO listing when I bought it back in April, 2010.

Furthermore, you've just detailed ARTICLE rights.

Even with 'personal use rights' to pre-made packages such as this, typically a buyer is allowed to sell it ONCE when installed on and included with a domain and all rights to use are relinquished.

The resell rights have ALWAYS been listed in the ad. There are no resell rights.

As you stated, I detailed article rights. Remove ALL the content that came with the site and you can then sell it. That is really the only way.

I normally monitor the auction sites. You are the first that has ever wanted to sell a site.

The site is $27.00 and it's $20.00 for me to install it. A total of $47.00.
