Hello everyone!

I am interested in taking offers for an affiliate website of mine that has been performing
very well recently. Here are a few things you might like to know:

1. The website has made 28 sales in the past 10 days, including 1 already today. In the
past 9 days the site has made $270 (if you were to count today, the site would total
$280).

2. The site currently holds the 3rd spot in Google for its main keyword.

3. 120-150 Unique Hits per day already, all organic search traffic with some Digg traffic
mixed in, and a high traffic day just this past Wednesday (416 Unique Visitors).

4. WordPress installed.

5. I have personally written 10 related articles on EzineArticles for this site, and these
articles WILL remain online with resource boxes in-tact for the new owner.

6. The product that the site is promoting is in its early stages of sales. There is a huge
potential growth incentive if you want to really concentrate on backlinking, or maybe even
PPC.

I'll keep this as un-salespitch-like as possible. If you're interested, please send me a

As for what I'm looking for in a possible BIN price: $3,000. I am open to negotiations.

The website has been online for a little over 2 weeks, so I'm not going to request the
typical 10x monthly revenue, which would be projected at roughly $9,000.

I'm looking for an easy transaction with another trusted member. I am going to request
that we use ESCROW to complete the purchase.

Also, I will be happy to transfer the site files and get the entire wordpress install up &
running on your server free of charge after the deal is completed.

NOTE: In hopes of protecting the website's future value for the new owner, I will only
release the web address, traffic, and revenue screenshots when I know who I'm dealing
