Hey Mike, thanks for asking! After some thoughts, how about this:

Here are the sites with established traffic:

www.get-back-your-ex.org - $500
www.how-to-getexback.org -$500
www.how-to-kiss-girl.org -$300
www.the-dating-website.org -$300

The rest of the sites would be $50 / site. If you get them all - $1700. I have spend about $4K to outsource the content, build the site and backlinks, unfortunately I am tight up with projects, that's why I would rather sell them...

I've not made any money with these sites, but I reckon the four sites I listed for Mike would make you $100 ~ $400 per month with some tweaks, by tweak I mean:

1. Write decent good follow up emails, build relationship and recommend the clickbank product.

2. Put some clickbank product banner on the site.

You don't have to believe me, I'll put the money on my mouth -> If you purchase all sites at $1,700, I'll personally guarantee you making $100 / month for the above mentioned 4 sites, if you are not able to make the amount, email me in 4 months, I'll refund every penny to you, just transfer those sites back to me!

I do this guarantee based on 2 things:

1. I'm confidence you'll make that money and don't want to return.
2. I'll have time in 4 months to tune up those sites, I don't mind you give it back then.
