Article marketing, article directories, article submission sites.
I created this website in 2005 to help people find publishers who want their articles. I had so many requests for my article submission list and spent hundreds of hours and dollars developing the site. A list of member benefits is listed below.

I stopped marketing this site in the past year because of personal issues and other business demands so the revenue has dropped significantly. In the beginning I made about $500 a month with paid memberships. I no longer have the time to promote and maintain the site so I need to sell it.

The front end of the site is built in html and the back end is in php. The site was just redesigned and a new membership script called Palmember was purchased for $60 that works with Paypal and includes support for six months. Additional support and updates can be purchased later if needed.

The maintenance of the site includes weekly checks to see if any sites have gone out of business, add new sites and write descriptions. I will walk the new owner through updating the site. Currently the site is hosted for free as an addon domain to my main site. I'll help get the site moved over to your host and the domain name is registered at GoDaddy so if you have an account with them I can just push the URL to you.

There are a few members that have paid to use the site so those memberships need to be maintained by the new owner. I've written a dozen articles and submitted them to article submission sites for backlinks and I will keep those articles live. I've also listed the site in free directories, promoted it in Squidoo, Hub Pages, Gather and forums.

According to Google there are many people searching monthly for article marketing related resources such as:

There is also many, many people seaching for article submission sites in dozens of business related forums.

This is a single page site. No other pages was indexed by Google except home page. Google

I think that there is nothing done for this site.

This is a private membership site. It has paid members who have access to the internal pages. I prevented Google from spidering the membership pages because it is a PAID membership site.
