Great comment....the names of saints, eagles,broncos, etc. are not necessarily trademarked in themselves....

Because these names are normal names ingrained into the fabric

of society....if that was the case...there wouldn't be any little league

Eagles, Broncos, etc....

I believe trademark infringement comes if it was flat out

said to be Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos, etc....also

with the use of their logos....THAT is a big no no....however

if you go to...for example Iloveeagles.com you will see that

there is nothing on there related to the pro football team....can then

the football team balk about that? I highly doubt it...

None of these websites have any logos...other than affiliates,

partners who have the right to use them in news articles or

whatever....these are merely fan sites that are created for the support

of these legitimate partners....

By the way...I haven't told you about the success of

my Lost site.....I used a backlink service for some PR 2's (I think)

I've come up on yahoo's search engine...(thats where it says I'm getting a ton of traffic from and I'm making about $5 bucks a day....on AUTOPILOT...from CPALead.

Literally, I did that 2 months ago and haven't touched it since....

I need to ramp it up a bit and see where it can take me....

Oh man, I'm a total football junkie & can't wait for baseball to hurry up! College football is my favorite, but with Fantasy Football the NFL is awesome too. And I love the playoffs. Somehow, they've got to come up with a playoff system for college football. Voting a champion is terrible. It needs to be decided between the lines, like every other sport!

My Favorite College Team: Boise State Bronco's - Ranked #2 in pre-season polls & a very exciting team to watch. They light up the scoreboard baby!

Favorite NFL Team: I like the 49ers, although I liked em better when Steve Young was playing QB. His playing days were cut short by a horrible offensive line & too many concussions.

Great question Jim....typically its hard to find out what type of person you're dealing with...especially if the page is just parked...because you have no idea what plans they have, if they know the stats or they have an idea of what they want....for something like this I would imagine no more than $50 bucks...but who knows....

I just sent you a private message with 5 available and very easy domain names that I came up with within 5 minutes.

Typically if I didn't absolutely MUST HAVE the domain...there are ways to be creative....such as picking www.billsfanssite.com which I just came up with again...thats not in the list I sent.


Also, content can be added from RSS feeds...ESPN.COM, FOXSPORTS, ETC.
