Hello and thanks for your interest...

For the traffic, the current ranking of the site (it's on page one of Bing for a couple keywords, and it's already ranked on Google and it was up and down in ranking in the last 3 months) drives around 80-100 visitors per month, only 2 or 3 sales have been made from this traffic, but as I said before, I don't do much work currently on the site, and the current strategy (free report download) has been applied only 2 or 3 weeks ago, before it was just a plain review page...

I can't claim the site is generating a "huge" profit, shortage of time is the main reason I am selling it, but the good news is, the infrastructure is already built, with some decent SEO or PPC effort, I believe it will be a great successful money machine...

By the way, I'll provide the buyer with the keywords I started optimizing the site for, and the plan I was ready to apply for a major SEO push...
