Dating/Relationship network with custom graphics and e-book

I have for sale a great opportunity for someone who wants to start in the dating and relationship niche. During the last months, I designed a network of 3 websites that I wanted to market online. However, I was hired recently and I am now working for a consulting firm which leaves me no time to market these websites.

I am looking to sell the complete network of sites which contains a custom 40+ pages e-book that was professionaly written, unique stock photos that you are the only one to have the rights on (there are about 10 of them that were taken by a photograph). You also have the following 3 domain names and their content (custom designed header and wordpress installation):

Dating On A Roll
I Want Him To Love Me
I Want Her To Love Me

I am asking $350 for everything. Please note that the websites were not marketed and do not generate any revenues as of now. Please follow the link at the bottom of the post for an extract of the e-book.

I will be discussing pricing in PM. However, the asking price is already under the costs it involved. I won't be able to reduce it a lot.
