Looks great! I'll be checking into this.. I have been reading how successful it is, I have co-workers making monthly income, but the curve seems steep to someone new to it.

Last month was just under 900 uniques, but the site is being valued based on profit, not visitor count.

Visitor count can be faked. Profits are the real deal.

This is a great deal actually. Just waiting on some client money and if this is still available I am so on this! I know how to work video to make 10 times what it's making now.

I was a bit surprised a 5 page adsense site is making $100 a month but its not at all surprising given the keyword costs more then £2.25 ($4) to the advertiser.

Just 1 question though, when putting such a site for sales, do people not worry about the possibility of invalid / fraud clicks etc?

I removed the AdSense code and replaced the blocks with static images for the duration of the auction.
