I’m selling this income-producing Wordpress blog on how to conceive a baby boy naturally (www. conceiveaboy .org) because I don’t have enough time to run it properly and, well, I need a little extra money for a move.

On the site, under the search box, I’ve put a comment to show I own and can access the site.

The site’s target market is largely couples who have several girls and want to experience the unique joys a little boy can bring or couples who are planning a “balanced family” with one or two children of each gender. The site focuses on natural gender selection methods. Nothing in the site guarantees these techniques work 100%, only that they increase the odds.

Desperate buyers: A couple’s desire to add a son to their family can be as strong as the desire to have children at all.

Traffic: very little, but all organic. My only promotion has been a few articles at ezinearticles.com months ago.

Income: Averages 1 or 2 Clickbank ebook sales a month, made 94 cents in Adsense in May and 13 cents so far in June. [CB account image] I’ve removed the Adsense code for the duration of this sale.

Exact match domain name: the term “conceive a boy” has a 40,500 Global Monthly Search Volume at Google. [Google Keyword Tool image and Namecheap account image] Note that this is a .ORG name.

Aged domain: registered 01/15/2009, expires 01/15/2011

Unique articles: 14 unique articles, 5 articles (product reviews) that I wrote also posted on a Wordpress.com blog, and 3 articles from ezinearticles.com (attributed, of course). If the unique articles were basic SEO fodder, they’d cost around $5 for a total of $70. So you're getting at least $70 worth of articles. The articles at the site are longer and more carefully researched than your average $5 article, though.

Design: modified version of Courtney Tuttle’s Keyword Sniper Theme, which is free.

Transfer to buyer: I’m afraid I don’t know how to do this, so this part is not included.
