Sorry I'm not gonna do any of the fancy sales tactics that others do. Ill be straight to the point.

Built on WP 2.92 with the following plugins

All in One SEO Pack
Chicklet Creator
Contact Form 7
Google XML Sitemaps
LinkWithin
Quick Adsense
Social Bookmarks
WassUp
Wordpress Affiliate
Wordpress Gravatars
WP-Robot
WP Super Cache

The domain was bought back in December. I have not really had time to work a lot with it.

It has been submitted to Google, MSN, Yahoo and other search engines.

Profits have been small. About $2 a month since i haven't been promoting the site.

Just recently finished the posts and monetizing the site.

Buyer will receive domain, site and all work done on the site.

All that has to be done is set up your auto responder for the free gift.

The site currently had Clickbank, Google Adsense, and Amazon for profits.

Asking $199 for the site and all.

This site will only be sold in whole. Will not sell it without the domain. By selling this site multiple times it would depreciate the value.

Will host the site where it is at for $65 a year or you can move it to your own hosting.

Domain at Godaddy. Can transfer it to you as soon as paid for.

the sites has not been promoted so i would suspect very few. and as for page rank not high yet.

Saw the website. How to monetize it. Except Adsense I don't see you are selling anything else.

the site has amazon, clickbank, adsense all already built into the site. there is also a free gift setup in the system to help build yoru mailing list via aweber, getresponse to any other autoresponder you may use. there is a ebook i have that can be sold also but i havent put it into the site but could.

like i said i just ran out of time to be able to work on the site. there is alot more potential in the site then i have done. ive just moved onto other things and figured i would sell the site and let the next owner take over the work and promotions of the site and make a little cash back from my work.
