I'm back with another awesome review site for you. This time it reviews 3 of the top workout guides that are being sold through Clickbank online.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS SITE**

1. A domain name

Only the content of this site is being sold. You will need to either have a domain already or buy one before or after purchasing this site.

2. Hosting

Without hosting, your website essentially has no home. If you have hosting already, great! If not, I do recommend Host Gator! They are simply the best!

Another alternative would to host your site with me. You'll get the first 30 days free and then just pay $50 for the rest of the year! That's a steal of a deal if I do say so myself.

Once you have your hosting in place and domain name ready, simply point your domain nameservers to your hosting account and you'll be all set to go.

After the sale, I'll ask you for a few pieces of information and transfer everything offer to you hassle free! I'll even change all of the affiliate links for you on the site free of charge!

The site also allows for a section for an autoresponder to capture email addresses from visitors allowing you to create yourself a big fat juicy mailing list. I can add your autoresponder code for free as well.

The following autoresponders will work fine with this site:

Aweber, GetResponse, 1ShoppingCart, EmailAces, ConstantContact, iContact,ProFollow, ProSender, ProResponse, XMailPro, & AutomateYourList

To illustrate where the autoresponder box would go, have a look at the Contact page. I've placed it there temporarily to show you where it would go if you opted to include it. If you don't want it, I'll just remove it, no problems.

**NOW MORE ABOUT THE SITE ITSELF!**


The site features plr articles as well all related to the topic of the site. You can easily rewrite the reviews to make them unique and have some unique articles written for you as well to make the site 100% unique if you are worried about this.

Top Navigation bar features the three Clickbank products and when clicked on visitors will be redirected to the sales page for each product.

Of course, all sales commissions will be credited to your clickbank account.

Site is complete with Contact Page, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use page.

Right now the links on the homepage in the reviews section for each product are not active, but as I said you can view the sales pages for each product by clicking on them in the top navigation bar.

Once sale is final, I will change all of the affiliate links for you to reflect your Clickbank account. All you have to do is simply provide me with your Clickbank ID and I will take care of the rest.

The site is not built with Wordpress--it's a static html site....can be easily edited using File Manager in the cPanel. I can help you with anything you need...just ask.

I'm sorry, but I don't have the technical knowledge at this time to be able to do this. I suppose I could find someone with the knowledge and see how much they would charge me or you could do the same. I will look around and see what I can find out about this. Any reason why you want it to be Wordpress? Maybe I can help you with something.

A very nice site. Sadly not in a niche that interests me. It's refreshing however, to still see quality 'real' sites available instead of all of the weak platform Wordpress stuff that seems to infest the Internet these days.

You can check out ScriptLance.com--you can find some really professional people there to do something like this for really cheap, like around $10 or so. It costs just $1 to post a job and get some bids on it and you don't have to accept any if you don't approve of them, of course.
