I am very happy with my site. I need to wait another few weeks, but I will be ordering a large package of these sites as soon as I can.

Ordered package 1 for testing, got my keyword 8 days ago. Local searches 2900, CPC: 1.7$ I am satisfied. Ordered domain (.net was available with exact keyword) and gave details to sterday. Today I got my website done. It has a nice template, adsense integrated smoothly and the articles are good. Plugins installed: xml sitemap, All in one seo, contact form, and Whydowork adsense.
Runned the website in Y! site explorer, it doesn't find any backlinks, scrapebox doesn't find any as well.
I changed the adsense with my pub id and now I will see how the site is performing. Also added Statcounter as I hate google analytics so I can check my traffic.

Waiting to see if OP still has to do some changes to do website, and after I have his confirmation everything is done, I will start scrapeboxing and try to rank it in first positions. Will let everyone know how the site is performing in the next weeks.

My biggest fail in IM is keyword research. (I will learn it though, I promise). OP knows his stuff in this area and that alone makes this package great.

Nice plugins added and configured so no need for me to do this part.

What everyone else said, bad turnaround time. 8 days. I don't blame him or am pissed or anything, the guy is legit and does his work. Better to do it slow and accurately then make a ****ty job and everyone complain. So not a major con, but it takes a little longer : )

As a noob in IM and MN sites I would say nicely done; neat looking sites with good articles and well placed adsense. So far 1 site of the 3 has started ranking and is 2nd position in google with very light SEO work, so the keyword research was amazing! The CPC is also great and the one site which is ranking is making 4-6$ a day, I can't wait for the others to start ranking. 1 issue I had was that one of the sites contained a trademark name and I am weary of getting a C&D which I have had to go through before, but I am sure he would have replaced the keyword if I asked, I just missed it when I bought the sites. Just going to wait for another site to rank and will buy again!!! Great customer support also, I didn't like one of the keywords and he replaced it for me without any questions!! Highly Recommend, probably one of the best niche site service I have used!! That 1st site has made me around over $20 this week.
