1.) I can't sell the site.
2.) I can't give it a away.
3.) I have no PLR
4.) I have no master resale rights.
5.) I have no resale rights.
And then you say the license terms at the bottom of the page which was not there.
So my question is what are you selling?

Hi biz33ham,

I am selling the cigar niche blog for your personal use only. The licence for the blog is so people don't abuse and start selling this blog.

Most people that sells blogs or website have a license info.
