I need to downsize my portfolio of web sites and domain names in order to place my focus on just a few. I am also in need of funds for promoting the remaining sites.

So here is a list of Wordpress websites I am currently offering for sale. Most of them have excellent Google rankings and some have earnings through either Adsense, or Clickbank.

All of the sites with content were established with original and unique content written by ME! A lot of the sites you see in this section are mass produced and more than 1 copy is being sold. Many have not been promoted and have no traffic or earnings. Mine have traffic and traffic can be converted to sales.

PR0 site #5 in Google for "quitting marijuana" which gets 1300 local and 1600 global exact match searches a month. This was established in April and targets the Quitting Marijuana-The Complete Guide and Cannabis Coach Clickbank products.

Premium two word domain name is worth what I am asking in total.

site averages 225 uniques and 640 visits PM or email for awstats proof.
Since being established, it has made 2 sales of Cannabis Coach (ccoach) and 1 sale of QM-TCG (yotristo) on CB See Quitting Marijuana attachment. Average monthly sales since established: $25.72

An article marketing campaign linking to this site with an autoresponder added to it to build a list could really turn it into a big earner.

Bought this domain to develop as an adsense autoblog and lost interest. Seems to be getting repeat visits. Could be turned into an adsense earner. Gold will continue to be popular as world economy struggles.

This is an autoblog gone wrong! It was set up with a plugin called article fetch and forgotten and most of what was fetched did not relate to Caribbean Cruises. Not sure if I set this plugin up wrong or not.

Still it averages 150 uniques and 800 visits a month. No adsense, though it could be added.
Cleared a whole bunch of spam comments out of this, if nothing else it could be purchased as your own private comment link factory, or maybe you could sell comment links?

Crappie Fishing Videos Expires 4/18/11
Established in April, this ite sits at #5 on Google. "Crappie fishing videos" as a search term gets 1000 local and 2400 exact match searches. Site is getting around 100 uniques a month and 175 visits. When I purchased the domain name in April the volume was much higher. My plan was to post a different crappie fishing video from Youtube each day and add an article with a link to the Click Bank product offered at The Instant Crappie Catching Tricks E-Kit!. Pays $26.96 a sale. No sales, did not put a lot of work into this site, someone with some fishing experience could turn this into a nice earning site, possibly using WP-Robot to make it an autoblog.

The Electric Fondue Set-Saving Entertainers From The Shortcomings Of Sterno Since Its Invention | Electric Fondue Set Expires 1/13/11
Sits at #37 on Google for electric fondue set, which gets 1000 local and 2400 exact match searches per month. Gets aroubd 50 uniques and 170-200 visits a month. This site took a hit from Google Mayday, needs backlinking attention. Has earned 29 cents in adsense income. Also has Amazon review page, needs backlinks.

Frog Garden Statues: Dress Up Your Garden Expires 2/2/11
Set up for Wordpress and never got around to using. I was going to do another site similar to my dragonfly string lights site, but could not be as creative in coming up with frog content. Frogs are a subject that resonate strongly with people who like them, and these people buy frog stuff! My cousin has all kinds of frog stuff in and around her house, and her sister is the same way with turtles. Micro Niche Finder shows 99% commercial intent for this term and 1300 local and 1300 exact match searches. Wordpress installed and ready to go, plugins need configured.

Fishing Reels-Spinning Expires 6/14/11
premium .com domain name. "fishing reels spinning" gets 1900 local and 2400 exact match searches. Could be monetized with a WP Robot or Reviewazon plugin for Amazon fishing reels. The domain name is probably worth WAY more than I am asking, but I find more of these type domains than I could ever use. Wordpress installed and ready to go, plugins need configured. (WP-Robot and Reviewazon are not included in the plugins)

Grind And Brew Coffee Makers Review Site Expires 2/3/11
this site fell completely out of the rankings, could not find it. Keyword in domain does not work as effectively for me when it has more than three words. 75 uniques and 300 visits a month. If you are running a coffee maker review site the content is worth what I am asking for the whole site. Plus redirect this coffee targeted traffic to your site.

Get Low Price Airline Tickets! 12/12/10
This site gets about 30 uniques and 181 visits a month. I had run an article campaign for a Clickbank product called My Airfare Secrets (CB ID session99).
The product has a gravity of 40, I was converting 1out of every 45 hops at one point. I made 10 sales with a .info redirect to the sales page before I ran out of gas writing articles related to it. I had planned on setting up this site with an opt in to build a list with the articles, but never got around to it. Here is a website with targeted traffic for a proven ClickBank product. 1 sale will put you in the black.
