THE DEAL

I'm offering to develop and install a Customized Wordpress blog on the Semiologic Pro theme, powered and monetized with the BABS (Build a Blog Store) autoblogging software. After building custom, SEO wordpress blogs for over 7 years for clients, I know there is absolutely NO OTHER THEME, free or paid, that comes close to what Sem Pro is capable of. And that's why I have a developer's license for Semiologic Pro, allowing me to use it on my clients' sites. From initial testing, combining Semiologic Pro and BABS works great and results in an unbeatable system for ease of management, and making money.

What's Included:

I create a custom header. (2 styles available - full graphic header, or logo graphic on left with banner on right)

I gather product keywords.

I install and configure Wordpress (2.9.2 - 3.0 is not stable enough yet)

I install Semiologic Pro and configure it.

I install BuildaBlogStore and configure it.

Then, I create LOTS of posts using the product keywords I've gathered for your niche and the BABS plugin -- Depending on the number of products in your niche, that could result in several months to a year's worth of highly monetized content that the search engines love... that will post on autopilot.

I also add ten (10) additional hand-crafted posts with images (not auto content), focused on less product-specific keywords in your niche you can rank for.

I will run RSS Feed and Social Bookmarking campaigns for your site with SE Nuke - This will be done accross a minimum of 5 different web 2.0 user accounts.

I will perform necessary UPGRADES for your site (Wordpress, Semiologic Pro, BABS) for a period of six months after you take delivery. I suspect that within that time WP 3.0 will be stable enough to upgrade.

How long will it take me to create your site?

Anywhere from 5 to 12 days to completely finish. It depends on the particulars of your site and installation as well as the niche you choose. You'll have direct access to me all along the way.

What I will need from YOU

1. Your Chosen Niche
2. FTP and Cpanel access for your domain (you provide domain/location to install site)
3. Affiliate IDs, API Access Keys, etc as required for setting up BABS (Build a Blog Store).
4. Any specific keywords, banners, content you may have and want me to use.

There is a good comment feature in BuildaBlogStore.

The BABS wp-blogstore plugin will add comments (if enabled) at NATURAL intervals, based on your settings for the COMMENT feature.

I should point out that Semiologic Pro is more than just a 'theme'. Its actually a stand-alone theme/cms for wordpress. Sem Pro's "search reloaded" template can have many different layouts, and there are at least 30 different 'skins' (I've lost count) - so color scheme, sidebar and content layout possibilities are practically infinite. And with custom header or logo, even MORE possibilities.
