Not too sure I understand your question here. I believe the warrior who asked the question about the Thesis theme was interested in having a site built with it--not trying to make sure it wouldn't be used. Thesis is one of the best themes available. Hope this helps!

Hi,
I see that the baby shower site has had postings from around January so apparently it's been up a while. I know there are no guarantees but can you tell us how much money per month can be reasonably expected?

In any case your sites look good and seem very complete.

Thanks for your interest. All of the above sites, with the exception of the weight loss site, yes, do have some age to them and are no longer mine. They were sold to private customers of mine. You are right when you say you know there are no guarantees as far as income. The trick with these sites is to not only make them look good, but perform good. To perform good, the keywords for the site must be researched prior to actually building the site itself.

Keyword research is an important first step and often overlooked by most website designers, whose sole focus is on outer appearance. With my design services, you're going to get keyword research included, meaning your site will focus on just a handful of high demand, low competition keywords, giving you a much better chance of your site getting indexed quickly and also ranking quickly for it's designated keywords.

I do a lot of behind the scenes work to give your site a head start such as social bookmarking and the use of great SEO plugins. So, to answer your question, I would say that over the course of time it would not be unreasonable to expect that such a site as the one I'm offering bring you in around $300-500 per month. Of course this is a low estimate, the more promotion and work you do on your end, the more benefits you will reap. But my aim with these sites is to get them to a hands-free status, so they bring in income with really no effort on your part.

I use various themes. My favorite ones right now to use are Lifestyle, Streamline, Gazette, Flexibility, and Clickbump.

Wordpress is very user/newbie friendly. For products on these types of sites I usually use a plugin called Amazon Autoposter which pulls in products automatically based on keywords you enter. You tell it the keyword you want, how many posts to pull in and how often you want them posted. It works quite well. I always add a truly unique sticky first post that I write my self, keyword optimized of course.

Yes, I have been using the WP Unique plugin for some time now and find that it does work very well. Besides using that I always like to usually add in a sentence or two of my own with the keyword I'm targeting and link it back to the site itself. I've found this method works great.

Although, this particular offer is not specifically for microniche sites and is for more broad topic subjects with several keywords, I've got a few sites in the top 10 right now from using this method of mine. I'll send you a PM with examples to show you what I mean.
