Starcraft-v2.com is purposely created for my interest as I'm starcraft fans. I purchased the domain since 10th June 2010 and I created a forum (phpbb) after a few days. It's a big huge potential niche recently because Starcraft 2 was just launched on 27th July 2010, so you can definitely get the advantage of it.

At the moment, the forum has "Total posts 505 | Total topics 241 | Total members 507", part of the members are my friends, some of them are my friends' friends, and so on. There is not much information that I could give at the moment since the forum was just created few days ago and nothing much things I've done.

Reason To Sell
I'm a part time student, I'm a full time worker (quantity surveyor) and I'm part time doing online thingy. Currently I start to do my final project for my studies, so I don't have time to manage and develop this forum. Instead of leaving the forum like this, I prefer sell to another starcraft fans to continue developing the forum and bringing it to the next level.

Traffic Details
The traffic is not huge at the moment. Most of the traffic are referral traffic from a site that I advertised. I've just created the forum for less than a month and I have no time to develop and bring it to the next level. The forum doesn't generate much traffic at the moment, but if you could optimize the forum well for the keyword like "starcraft 2", "starcraft 2 forum", "starcraft 2 forums", "starcraft v2" and etc, then you must be receiving a good amount of traffic. Between, the forum is ranked at #2 for the keyword "starcraft v2".

Nevertheless, I'm not sure whether they've been approved in the directories and social bookmarking sites, they should be approved in some days I believe.The domain (starcraft-v2.com) itself has the keyword "starcraft 2", so I believe that it can be ranked well easily if you put some effort on search engine optimization.

The traffic is just an estimate because the traffic grow up in the last 7 days, estimate 200 visits a day, so I just x30 days and make it a month.
The potential is huge, you can make money by selling starcraft 2 product such as ebook guide, or you can place adsense ads and etc. As we know, Starcraft 2 was launched on 27th July, so you can imagine the potential of this starcraft 2 forum!

The price is priced at $997 because of the potential and the premium domain name which has the keyword "Starcraft 2", you can easily rank well in search engine if you put a little bit effort to do SEO.
