Although it's a common practice, we don't actually Flip Websites... we create original products and the brand/website to go with it.

There are quite a few websites out there that discuss how to flip though... mostly the practice involves making some aesthetic modifications, performing SEO, building backlinks, driving traffic and generating some initial revenue, then re-selling for 10x the monthly income.
