Hey guys, This is a hard one for me to type, but Im considering selling my latest project/website.... Real Estate Website Design The main reason is I need the cash to complete a property investing project that Im involved in, and well, this particular site doesnt fit in with my long term internet marketing strategy. Okay, for anyone thats interested Im dropping the price by 50% to $5,000. I need this gone ASAP. Will accept payment via paypal, domain transferred to Godaddy. Assitance will be given during handover.

Yes it is. Ive set the preference within Googles webmaster tool on the domain to focus on the Australian marketplace only. Its set to AUD, therefor its unlikely to show anywhere else. Ive done this as this product is tailored to the Australian real estate industry. My apologies, I probably should have mentioned this in the OP. |

Revenue thus far..... 5 sales total - coming to around $12,000 with some custom work. Traffic stats are as follows....  It should be noted that you should have some idea or experience of web design BEFORE you consider this purchase. DONT buy the site then ask me for continual help! I am selling this to focus my efforts elsewhere. I will assist in the changeover, and show you how to install and setup the software for clients - but there will be no ongoing technical support.
